Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The main content of this project is the door-to-door classification collection, short-distance transportation and clearance services for domestic waste from shops along the street within the scope of Jinyang New Village Sub-district. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠；（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
