Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project involves soil testing (conducting a soil pollution survey) for the E area of Shanghai East Bund. Located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, the specific boundaries of the plot are: east to G1503 Highway, south to Zhuqin Road, west to Chuannanfeng Highway, and north to Wenju Road. The total land area is 85.7 hectares.
合同履约期限：合同签订并且地块满足开展土壤污染状况调查的必要条件后180天内完成土壤污染状况初步调查和专家评审工作,并根据实际需要配合完成浦东新区生态环境局备案工作。如被第三方质控单位抽中检查，则工期根据实际情况顺延。
The Contract Period: After the contract is signed and the land parcel meets the necessary conditions for conducting a soil pollution survey, the preliminary soil pollution survey and expert review shall be completed within 180 days. Additionally, cooperation shall be provided to complete the filing process with the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau according to actual needs. If the project is selected for inspection by a third-party quality control unit, the timeline shall be extended according to the actual situation.

（4）法人依法设立的分支机构以自己的名义参与投标时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的授权其分支机构在其经营范围内参加政府采购活动并承担全部民事责任的书面授权。法人与其分支机构不得同时参与同一项目的采购活动；
（5）符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
（6）本次招标不接受联合体投标，不允许合同转让与分包。
