简要规则描述：为贯彻落实国家和上海市关于排水系统提质增效和水环境质量改善相关要求，着力化解防汛泵站排水污染等突出问题，稳定河道水质，持续改善城区人居环境，根据《浦东新区雨污混接普查和整治工作方案》、《关于推进浦东新区雨污混接普查和整治的工作提示》等文件精神，持续推进辖区内的住宅小区的雨污混接排查与整治工作。对锦欣苑等小区实施雨污混接整治工程。主要包括屋面敷设等混接改造、小区道路开挖及修复、绿化修复等工程。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单/图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: In order to implement the relevant requirements of the state and Shanghai Municipality regarding the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the drainage system and the improvement of water environment quality, to effectively address prominent issues such as drainage pollution from flood control pumping stations, to stabilize the water quality of rivers, and to continuously improve the living environment in urban areas, According to the "Work Plan for the Census and Rectification of Rainwater and Sewage Mixed Connections in Pudong New Area", "Work Prompt on Promoting the Census and Rectification of Rainwater and Sewage Mixed Connections in Pudong New Area", etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.) For the rest, please refer to the procurement documents.
合同履约期限：本项目施工工期60日历天，计划开工日期：2025年11月30日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）

2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4.
