上海振华海洋工程服务有限公司的振海三号在卡塔尔进行平台接船验船工作。按照租赁合同约定，邀请专业的独立第三方机构进行检验见证。
This scope of work outlines the inspection services required for the redelivery of the Java Star 3 jack-up rig,
currently operated by a Middle Eastern company in Doha, Qatar. The rig is owned by ZPMC, and the client
has notified that the operational contract will be terminated in the month of September. As part of the redelivery
process, a comprehensive technical inspection is required to verify the rig’s condition, ensure compliance with
contractual obligations, and document any findings that may affect acceptance by the owner or future
operators.
The inspection will be carried out in Doha, Qatar, and will focus on all relevant systems, equipment, and
structures as per the agreed inspection standards. The work will include—but is not limited to—mechanical,
electrical, structural, and safety equipment assessments, as well as verification of maintenance records,
certificates, and compliance with applicable industry regulations and guidelines.
