简要规则描述：本工程位于合庆镇 PDP0-0602 单元61-01地块，地块东至彩阳路、南至敬业路、西至顺连路、北至悦满路。项目总投资19307.84万元，建安费15958.73万元，总用地面积26386平方米。项目建设内容为：建筑工程、绿化、道路以及运动场地等工程。具体包括：1.本项目新建35 班规模小学，总建筑面积25000 平方米，新建包括教学楼、综合楼、游泳馆、行政楼、运动场等。2.新建校园绿地面积9235.1 平方米。3.新建消防通道、停车位、道路、自行车棚、围墙等附属设施。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，择优选取一家合格的供应商为该工程提供代建服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至整个项目代建服务范围内各项目全部验收完毕，并向采购人完整提供相关服务文档之日止。
