TO all tenders：
1. Vehicle service for this project has met the tender conditions and is now open for public tender, using electronic tendering and bidding methods. Please log in to Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (http://ec.ccccltd.cn) to complete registration. Please remember the registered username and password.
2.Please download the bidding document through the remote login of Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (http://ec.ccccltd.cn) from September 30 ,2025 at 11:00 AM to October 5 ,2025 at 11:00 AM.
3.Bid Documents should be submitted from October 5,2025 at 11:00 AM to October 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The tender shall upload the prepared electronic version of the bid document to Supply Chain Management System of CCCC（http://ec.ccccltd.cn）。
4.It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your bid documents will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Bid Documents that are received by CHEC after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

| OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR: |
1.To keep LESSEE the exclusive use and possession of the vehicle during the duration of the said agreement. 2.To keep the vehicle always clean and in good condition. The assigned driver in decent proper uniform. 3.To keep the motor vehicle in comprehensively insured in a reputable insurance company throughout the duration of this agreement. 4.Responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle and to provide another vehicle in same level to the LESSEE in case of the said vehicle is color-coding or under repair. 5.Make sure drivers following lessee’s order and will help lessee when needed. Such as loading/unloading. 6.Lessor will be the one responsible to deal with number coding schedule issued by local government to meet lessee’s need in vehicle using. |
