简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：招标人拟选取一家合格的投标人为2026年金融行业管理与协调项目提供服务，主要工作内容包括协助开展金融招商工作、协助开展金融服务地方经济工作、协助开展企业上市服务工作、协助开展金融风险防范工作、金融信息化系统管理工作等。服务期限：2026年01月01日至 2026年12月31日。根据本项目服务工作不能中断的实际情况，经采购人决定，在本次采购工作完成且中标人正式承接服务前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的服务费用，待项目采购完成后且中标方收到第一笔合同款后7天内，由中标方按实际发生费用（须经采购人确认）支付给原服务单位。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The tenderer intends to select a qualified bidder to provide services for the 2026 Financial Industry Management and Coordination Project. The main job contents include assisting in financial investment promotion, assisting in financial services for the local economy, assisting in enterprise listing services, assisting in financial risk prevention, and financial information system management, etc. Service period: From January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. In light of the actual situation that the service work of this project cannot be interrupted, upon the decision of the purchaser, the original service provider shall continue to perform the service until the completion of this procurement work and the winning bidder officially takes over the service. The service fees incurred during this period shall be paid within 7 days after the completion of the project procurement and the winning bidder receives the first contract payment. The winning bidder shall pay the actual incurred expenses
