简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟选取合格的供应商，为采购人提供2026年金桥镇清运综合服务，主要服务内容包括（1）金桥区域、原张桥区域、申鸿苑、慧智公寓生活垃圾清运及二次清运、公厕、化粪池等粪便抽运服务；（2）金桥镇垃圾压缩房管养工作；（3）金桥镇沿街商铺生活垃圾定时上门收运；（4）市容环卫类其他临时性应急保障、托底处置等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project intends to select qualified suppliers to provide the purchaser with comprehensive garbage removal services in Jinqiao Town in 2026. The main service contents include: (1) Garbage removal and secondary removal in the Jinqiao area, the former Zhangqiao area, Shenhongyuan, and Huizhi Apartment, as well as fecal pumping services in public toilets and septic tanks; (2) Management and maintenance work of the garbage compression room in Jinqiao Town; (3) Regular door-to-door collection and transportation of domestic garbage from shops along the streets in Jinqiao Town. (4) Other temporary emergency support and bottom-line measures for urban appearance and environmental sanitation. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
合同履约期限： 2026年01月01日至2026年12月31日。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠 ；（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
