Brief Specification Description: This project aims to ensure the normal holding of the branch's meetings and the smooth operation of the two-way video conferencing system by maintaining the equipment and lines involved in the corresponding system. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高小微企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持小微企业政策：本项目专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. During the evaluation, no price deduction preferential policies will be implemented for small and micro enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
