Brief Specification Description: This project is located in Unit PDC1-0103, Lingang New Area. It is adjacent to F08-01 land on the north, south and west sides and is adjacent to Shanyun Road in the east. This project includes 1-line ground bus routes, 1 departure space, 2 storage spaces, and 3 total parking spaces. The total land area is 1,300 square meters, the total construction area is 245.83 square meters, including 181.56 square meters of waiting shed, 60.27 square meters of dispatched rooms, 4 square meters of guard booths, and 30% green space rate.

5)“投标人”、“法人代表”及“项目负责人”近三年来无行贿犯罪记录；
6)按照《关于在政府采购活动中查询及使用信用记录有关问题的通知》（财库〔2016〕125号）投标人须具有良好的信用记录；
7)本项目（☑是□否）专门面向中、小、微型企业，事业法人等各类供应商采购。(残疾人福利性单位、监狱企业视同小型、微型企业。)如供应商为中小企业，且满足《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》(财库[2020]46号)规定条件的，必须提供《中小企业声明函》；
