简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本次项目主要为浦东新区城市图像系统的所用图像存储设备；浦东公安高清卡口系统和图像系统的主机、服务器、存储；浦东公安高清卡口系统的数据库及数据库软件运维(具体要求详见招标文件第五章)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project mainly covers the following scopes: all image storage devices of the Urban Image System in Pudong New Area; the hosts, servers and storage of Pudong Public Security's HD Bayonet System and Image System; and the operation and maintenance of databases and database software for Pudong Public Security's HD Bayonet System (for specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 5 of the Bidding Documents).
合同履约期限：一年。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关鼓励支持节能产品、环境认证产品以及支持中小企业、残疾人福利性单位等的政策功能。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、本项目仅面向小型、微型企业采购；
4、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
5、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
6、本项目不接受联合体投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii)This project is only open to small and micro enterprises for procurement.
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
